The battery I was looking for was easy to search and order on the website and it arrived very quickly. It was a perfect match for the one I was replacing. I would highly recommend this site.
For sentimental reasons I bought a "retro" 400cc Yamaha SR400, with a KICK STARTER. At 70 years old that may not have been such a good idea. The bike had been sitting on the showroom floor for years, and the OEM battery claimed 20 cranking amps. It was always a challenge to start, but it'd gotten to the point where I often wondered if was stranded. "Pop the clutch?" There are NO hills or grades on coastal Georgia, so that wasn't an option.
The NEW $30 battery claimed 30 cranking amps. The $100 Interstate battery claims 40. Since installing the new battery I've never had to kick it more than twice, usually once.
It arrived in days loaded & I assume charged. I put it on my charger and the gauge didn't budge in a hour. I'm a happy customer.
This was a direct drop-in replacement on a 2004 Yamaha TTR-90E pit bike. Cranks strong right out of the box.
Fit my 2021 suzuki drz 50 perfect. Fires up every time. Great price much cheaper than factory replacement. Time will tell how well it holds up
