How can I place an order?

There are several ways to order from You can:

  • Order online with our secure checkout form.
  • Call us toll-free at 1-800-405-2121, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST
  • Fax your order form and credit card info to us at 540-665-9623. An order form to be faxed can be found on the Shopping Cart page once you have added all your items to your cart.

How can I pay for my order?

  • Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo
  • PayPal - Safe, easy way to pay online without revealing your credit card number.
    • Venmo - Note: You will need to connect your browser in your Venmo app for the option to display.
  • Amazon Payments - Fast and safe way to pay through your account.
  • Check** or Money Order
  • Wire Transfer
  • Business with Net 30 accounts with us can also be set up to place orders online via Purchase Order

**All checks are subject to verification, which may cause delays in processing. Checks without pre-printed name and address information may delay the processing of your order for up to three weeks. Orders paid for by check ship once the check payment clears, which can take 7-10 days.

We are a US-based company in Winchester, Virginia. All prices displayed on our website are in USD.

When will my credit card be charged?

When your order is placed, we will authorize your credit card for all items. An authorization is a temporary hold on the funds. We will finalize the charge to your credit card when the items ship. You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to you, by calling 1-800-405-2121 (If after-hours or on the weekend, you can also email us).

Will I be charged tax?

Depending on where you are having your order shipped to, there might be sales tax collected. The sales tax is estimated and there might be some slight differences based on region.

Sales tax is collected for California, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

If you are tax exempt, please email us at [email protected] with your tax exemption paperwork and create a login account with us. We will process your tax exemption and you will be able to place orders through our website.

How do I redeem and use my eGift Card?

If you have a eGift Card code, just follow these steps:

  1. Login or Register an account with us.
  2. Under your Customer Account, select the eGift Card Remdemption & Balance option.
  3. Enter your eGift Card code into the box and press the "Redeem" button. The page will update telling you the balance has been applied to your account, and the Current Balance will reflect your new total.
  4. During Step 3 of Checkout (Payment), you will have the option to apply your credit to your purchase. Any remaining balance can be paid for with a credit card.
