This battery is supplied with unique terminal hardware (2 spacers and 2 bolts for cable to terminal connection). This hardware is required for proper installation on certain applications. Other hardware may damage terminals and should not be used. The spacers are required for front mount cable installation only! Perfect size for Harley Davidson. And the pricing was great.
battery slid right in to my 2009 xl1200c sportster. perfect fit and fired right off. only problem was the negative battery cable needs to be a little longer. it was aggravating to hookup, but this is Harley Davidson's fault. Haven't been able to tell how it is going to hold up, it's been too cold to ride and I have battery tender hooked to it. I have used these batteries before and never had a problem.
I have a 2009 Harley 1200 XL Sportster and needed a battery. I went to Advanced Auto their price was $149 And when I got it the positive terminals were the opposite of the wiring on my bike. so I returned it got my old core back which was from battery mart. So I went on the website and ordered the same one that was from Battery Mart. Put in my Harley and it was cheaper in price from Advanced Auto and it works great . So I'm glad that happened it saved me money. So I would say check Battery Mart first before you pay higher prices.
