We also offer the YTZ14S-BS battery as an AGM replacement for the HYB16A-AB battery. The YTZ14S-BS battery fits in the same space as the HYB16A-AB battery. There will simply be an open space directly below the battery.

Ordered a replacement motorcycle battery for a 30+ year old motorcycle. Battery was in stock, shipped quickly in a well packaged shipment and was a perfect fit. Do yourself the favor of ordering the acid with your battery. It comes nice and sealed and saves you another trip to the auto parts store. Battery charged perfectly, holds and takes a charge repeatedly in normal use as designed!
I believe this is the 4th battery for my Honda Shadow I am bought from Battery Mart. This is a bad design which Honda used for this bike. You are lucky to get two years out of them. It don't believe it's the manufacture, I have had the bike for 24 years and have had similar results with any manufacturer used. The last batter, also purchased at Battery Mart, lasted me 3.5 years. That was pretty good!
Battery Mart have always provided good customer service and fast delivery. My only complaint in this order is in regards to ordering the acid pack with the battery. This is a motorcycle batter and the acid pack is huge. What do I do with all this extra acid? How do I dispose of it safely? If you are wondering if you should order from this group, my response is yes.
...for my '85 Honda Shadow. Even Honda has a hard time getting them (at a reasonable price).
