All of the rechargeable coin cell batteries in our catalog are lithium-ion cells that run at 3.6 volts — higher than the standard 3V output of the disposable CR-series batteries they physically resemble. This means they are not a drop-in replacement for standard CR2032, CR2016, CR2025, CR1620, or CR2450 batteries in most consumer devices. Using a 3.6V cell in a device designed for 3V can shorten the device's life or damage it.
