Ionic Lithium Battery Bundles for Bass Boats

What's Included in Every Ionic Bass Boat Bundle

Every bundle includes three things: deep cycle batteries for your trolling motor, a 12V 150Ah dual-purpose battery to start your engine and run your electronics, and a free multi-bank charger to top everything off between trips. All batteries are Bluetooth-enabled, so you can check charge levels from your phone using the Ionic app on iOS or Android.

Which Ionic Lithium Battery Bundle Is Right for My Boat?

The right bundle comes down to your trolling motor system. Here's how to match up:

• 24V trolling motor: Go with the 24V bundle. The two 12V 100Ah batteries wired in series will power most 24V systems for a full 8–10 hours on the water.
• 36V trolling motor (recreational use): The 36V bundle is the best fit for most anglers. Three 12V 60Ah batteries cover the majority of 36V setups and give you a full day of runtime in typical conditions.
• 36V trolling motor (tournament or heavy current): Step up to the 36V Ultimate bundle. The three 12V 100Ah batteries deliver more reserve capacity, which matters when you're running hard in moving water or fishing long tournament days.

Why Anglers Switch to Lithium

Lead-acid and AGM batteries get the job done, but lithium batteries are a significant upgrade in almost every way. Here's what changes when you make the switch:

• Lighter weight. Ionic lithium batteries weigh up to 70% less than comparable lead-acid batteries. Less weight means better boat performance and less strain when you need to move a battery around.
• Longer lifespan. Ionic batteries are rated for 5,000 charge cycles. A lead-acid battery typically handles 300–400 cycles before it needs replacing. Over time, lithium batteries are significantly cheaper to own.
• Consistent power. Most batteries start delivering less power once they drop below 50% charge. Ionic lithium batteries put out the same steady power from full charge all the way down, so your trolling motor, fish finder, and GPS keep working right up until the battery needs a charge.
• Fast charging. A fully depleted Ionic battery can be back to 100% in about 2 hours — much faster than lead-acid.
• Zero maintenance. No water to check, no corrosion to clean up, no electrolyte to top off. These batteries take care of themselves.
• Bluetooth monitoring. Every Ionic battery has built-in Bluetooth, so you can see exactly how much charge you have left at any time from your phone.
• Drop-in replacement. Ionic batteries are designed to replace lead-acid and AGM batteries directly. No rewiring, no modifications.

Storing Your Ionic Lithium Batteries

Proper battery storage can help extend the life of Ionic lithium marine batteries, especially during the off-season. When your boat won’t be used for an extended period of time, store your batteries in a cool, dry location and check the charge periodically to ensure the batteries don’t become deeply discharged. Avoid exposing your Ionic lithium boat batteries to extreme temperatures. With proper care, your batteries will be ready to go when fishing season returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these Ionic lithium marine battery bundles come with a warranty?

A: They do! Each bundle is backed by an impressive 11-year warranty, giving you added peace of mind with your purchase. This is just one more reason to feel confident when upgrading your bass boat to lithium power.

What kind of motors are compatible with the starter battery?

A: The 12V 150Ah dual-purpose battery included in each bundle is compatible with most 4-stroke outboard motors up to 250hp. It also powers on-board electronics like fish finders and GPS units.

How long does it take to fully charge the batteries?

A: Most Ionic batteries reach a full charge in approximately 2 hours when using the included charger.

How long will these batteries last on the water?

A: Under typical conditions, the trolling motor batteries in each bundle are rated to power your motor for 8–10 hours. The 36V Ultimate bundle, with its larger 100Ah trolling batteries, is designed to handle a full day even in demanding conditions.

Can the batteries be connected in parallel to add more capacity later?

A: Yes. Ionic lithium batteries can be connected in parallel if you want to expand your system down the road.

Are these batteries safe to store inside the boat?

A: Yes. Unlike lead-acid batteries, Ionic lithium batteries don't produce harmful gases and don't require ventilation. They're safe to store anywhere on the boat, including enclosed compartments.
