I have to hand it To Battery Mart for getting my battery replaced in about a week's time. Now I can clip my hair again! I am a Fan.
I ordered the "Old" battery of this type by accident (I saw the picture under the "Product Description" without reading the text, oops!). To make the story quick, I had to return the battery and order this one, the NEW version. I received quick replies to emails (within 24 hours on a business day) and the return process was easy. The NEW version battery that I received didn't work correctly outside of the box. It would work for a few seconds and then weaken. I guess it had been sitting around for awhile. I recalled reading somewhere that if you fully drain a rechargeable battery, it can reset it. I did this. I drained the battery as best I could, and then over the course of days I would turn the clippers on and the motor would move slightly. I kept doing this until it wouldn't move anymore after leaving it overnight. It took a few days, almost a week I think. Then I fully charged the battery and tried it out. So far, so good. It keeps humming along nicely and my old clippers are working again. Maybe this should be a 4/5 star review, but the customer service put that star back. Thanks for the great service!
