Smooth and easy transaction.
I had wrote a bad review due to faulty battery. I received an email from the customer service department, and they replaced the battery with excellent delivery time. I charged it with great power to my rechargeable v2930 Shark sweeper. Their prices are the best. I spent hours looking for cheaper prices and no one could come close.
The battery did not work. I tried three times to get a charge and for it to work in the sweeper but no luck, not a single whisper of sound.
Because the original Shark battery ends up costing more than buying a new sweeper, this is the 1st replacement battery which I have purchased. It actually has a higher power rating than the Shark equivalent. At $10 less (Battery Mart price) I took a chance. I am liking the battery and delivery was very prompt.
It's great and highly recommend it. Sweeper works great after getting the new battery. I LOVE IT.
