I didnt want a new Kindle but the battery life was about 20 minutes. Amazon does not offer replacement batteries and I thought I would have to spend $100+ for a new one. This $25 solution made my Kindle brand new again. On a full charge it lasts days again! I charged it at home and took it with me on a vacation and did not have to recharge until I got home. So thankful I found battery mart.
I received the replacement battery promptly in the mail. I didn't know how to open and remove the battery from my Kindle 2. I called the customer service number and explained my problem. The customer service representative told me he would send a link to a video that would show me how to replace the battery. It was very helpful. I easily changed the battery. It works great. I love it.
