Customer Reviews
I bought the higher amp hour rated batteries because I wanted the charge to last longer (run the drill longer when driving screws). I had purchased other so called replacement batteries for this drill. They did not hold a charge very long and were useless. I have charged one of the new Batteries from battery mart and so far it is full of power. Time will tell. Thank you for the choice of a much better product.
We like the battery very much. We had lost hope that we would be able to continue using our old Porter Cable drill since they no longer make this drill or make batteries for it anymore. Both the battery and the drilll are strong again!
Received the two batteries I ordered and immediately went to charge one of the batteries. Noticed that after about 10-15 minutes the "Fully Charged" light appeared. Went to use it and it lasted about 5 minutes. I then put it back in the charger.
It took quite a bit longer this second time and held the charge for a number of hours
Good.
Just a completely fantastic product.
When storing the battery , drill and charger in the case, the battery is slightly larger and lid does not close.
Allows me to use my tools longer and not replace them because there are battery replacements.
