Customer Reviews
The replacement battery for my Garmin NUVI 1300 recommended by the Battery Mart website was the correct battery for the product and was reasonably priced. I replaced my worn out battery the same day I received it. I recommend looking at You Tube for an instructional on how to replace it before you buy, because although straight forward, to do it you need the correct tools (I have an optical screwdriver set that worked) and fine motor skills. So if you are not comfortable with that, you may wish to seek an alternative, such as a shop that specializes in repair of small electronics.
Garmin said the battery was not replaceable. HA! Battery Mart had it. Two "special" lock screws open later and the new battery fit perfectly. Plugged it in. Charged right up and my Garmin is sending me down the straight and narrow again. Yea Battery Mart!
