We use these batteries. They are a little more expensive
than the cheaper ones but last a lot longer.
I bought this same battery back in 2018 for a hotrod I was building with an LS3 6.2 liter V8 engine.
The original battery is still working fine, I connect it to my smart charger maybe once a week if I think of it.
If I know I’m going to be gone for a week or more I just leave it connected to the smart charger. It’s a 1 Amp NOCO Genius1 charger.
The second battery that I just bought is for a backup as I don’t know how long the first one will last. I stick it on the charger every few weeks just to make sure it will always be at 100%
So far this battery is performing noticeably better than the conventional seald battery it replaced.
I ordered the PC925 for my 2023 Can Am Maverick X3 side-by-side. The product is exactly as described and shipping was super fast. The battery was very well packaged. I expect it'll work perfectly for my application.
Over the years I did a fair amount of research on different battery manufacturers. Since I am a pilot and own an aircraft that is not required to use an FAA certified battery due to the airplane manufacturers manual , I use the Odyssey 925 in my PA24-250 Piper Comanche. To give you an idea of how long they last, I just replaced it this week after 9 years of use. I also use an Odyssey in my Mercedes 550SL. I've used them for years in different applications and none outlast or out perform the Odyssey battery. In my opinion, Odyssey is by far the best battery on the market.
