Meet the all-new GENPRO10X2. Similar to our GEN2, only better. It's 19% smaller and delivers 33% more power. It's one of the best performing onboard marine battery chargers we have ever made. A two-bank onboard battery charger rated at 20-amps (10-amps per bank) for 12-volt batteries, including marine, boat, starter, and deep-cycle batteries. Independently charge and control each battery bank with selectable charging modes - including 12V, 12V AGM, 12V Lithium, and 12V Repair Mode - for all types of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries.
Tech Tip: Using A Multi-Bank Charger
Each bank of this charger is 10 amps. Combined, this is an output of 20 amps (2 banks of 10 amps each). This is commonly used in two ways:
- Connect each bank to separate battery systems, charging both by 10 amps each.
- Connect both amps to the same battery system, charging it by 20 amps total.
Very easy to install and it is very nice to only have to plug it in when I come home from fishing
My old marine charger went bad for some unknown reason and I was expecting to have a considerable expense to replace it. The NOCO 12V 20A was exactly what I needed to replace the old one ... but at a price that didn't break the bank. It installed quickly and easily and, hopefully, is continuing to do its job as i write this review. Good product (so far) at a good price.
Delivered when said. Works great. Mounted it in the boat now I just plug it in and it charges both batteries
This charger is a big improvement over the El cheapo I had been using.
Got my charger in 2 days excellenct service
Bought a NOCO 12 Volt, 20 Amp Genius 2 Bank Battery Charger for my bass boat. Easy install and works great. So I had to have one for my ski boat.
Had it about 1 month, and it works great. I have 2 new size 29 batteries that I used for 8 hours on my trolling motor, and it took only 2 hours to full charge. It is a good idea to use an extention cord that is 10 GAGE.
