Originally ordered the wrong battery for my ADT alarm panel. Arrived promptly and didn't fit. No problem returning it and getting the correct battery shipped. Unfortunately, I'm still showing low panel battery with new battery two weeks after installation. Have to figure out if problem is the new battery or the panel itself. Confident that, if another battery is needed for some reason, customer service will handle it efficiently.
