Batteries were shipped quickly and fit perfectly. One came uncharged but all I had to do was plug it into the recharging base and it charged perfectly. I called customer service when it wasn't charged. He suggested charging it and if it did not work to call back and a replacement would be sent. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great company
This company sent us a replacement battery and added extra AA & AAA batteries, and a flashlight due to a confusion in or order. The Manager contacted us immediately. We feel he went above and beyond to rectify the order without any delays. We never expected this kind of service and were extremely pleased with the other batteries and flashlight and the Battery Mart Service. We have been trying to order our replacement batteries since early September 2024, with 2 delays from other company's.
Quick delivery. Other than color looks just like originals and came fully charged. I will order from you folks again.
Price was about 1/2 of that at a Battery speciality store. Identical product, as far as I can tell.
Had problem not working in 2 way radio. They said it okay to return battery. Had no problem returning battery. Fred
Actual size is approx. 1/16" shorter than original, therefore contact is lost at every move. Does not charge on charger, due to lack of contact.
Had to tape duct tape to the back of the battery to make it fit.
Customer service lectured me, that this kind of thing was to be expected with "aftermarket" parts !
We rely on Uniden BP38 everyday for contact between out guides. We may get up to 6mo of use out of a battery. Once they only hold a charge for an hour or so, we order a new batch. The key is to think of them as 4 rechargeable AAA taped together. With low expectations, these work out fine.
