My Florida telephone has two handsets, and one ceased functioning. I guessed that the battery in the non-operating handset had malfunctioned although the battery is rechargeable. Reasoning that if one went bad, the other couldn't be far behind, I ordered two batteries. Alas, the new battery made the inoperable handset operable. I had received the batteries per the promised time, but I had to wait until returning to Florida to confirm that the old battery was the problem before writing this recommendation. I'm quite satisfied with the service and the product. Thank you.
