Hard to find battery

The original battery for my Hot Spot swelled up so big that it would not fit in the device. I went to Verizon to buy a replacement and was told they do not sell the batteries because they explode and I should buy a new hot spot. One more strike against Verizon. This replacement battery fits and works perfectly. Shipping was fast, very satisfied customer.
