Tech Tip: Using A Multi-Bank Charger
Each bank of this charger is 1.25 amps. Combined, this is an output of 2.5 amps (2 banks of 1.25 amps each). This is commonly used in two ways:
- Connect each bank to separate battery systems, charging both by 1.25 amps each.
- Connect both amps to the same battery system, charging it by 2.5 amps total.

It took forever to find a 2 bank battery tender and battery mart had it! Works great
Using to charge 2 kids 12v 4-wheeler batteries. Working well so far. Easy to install and use. I'm using the clamp harnesses. The lug harness eye holes are too big for the batteries I have it connected to. I think for 99% of batteries they would be fine but the 4-wheelers are Chinese and the batteries/terminal bolts are the smallest I've ever seen. 2 months plugged in and startup works good. 4-wheelers not used this time of year and I've started them once no problem since I put them on the chargers with new batteries.
Seems like a quality Battery Tender product.
Just tried this charger out today, works great. and the delivery of my order was most excellent.

I have two of these units and use them on diesel engine trucks, which have two batteries. These units work great, keeping the batteries topped up and ready for powerful starts. I have had good reliability and performance from these units, and other Battery Tender products.
