50 Amp Yellow Connector Suggested for 12 Volt Systems
This innovative Yellow SB connector provides cost-effective reliability, design flexibility, and safety for manufacturing, installation, and maintenance.
The two pole connector is rated at 50 amps, with 600 volts of continuous AC or DC operation. Mechanical keys ensure connectors will only connect to other connectors of the same color. Different color housings are selected to identify voltages, thus preventing a mismatch of the power system.

I use the connector to replace the original connector on my electric boat winch. The contacts on the original winch were small and difficult to get a good connection. With the SB50 connector, the connection is solid and the winch no longer slows down under load. A lanyard added to the connector on the free cable helps with pulling the mated pair apart.
