The 1205SRJ can be left connected indefinitely without harming the battery. While restoring your battery's charge, it will also recover your battery through desulfation. The charger is UL, cUL (CSA), CE Listed and meets FCC Class B; EN55022 Class B. It can be used for on-board (internal) applications. It boasts a small size and weighs very little.

I love how it charges at a very low rate at the beginning, then increases as need be. Won't ever destroy your battery. I used to charge two AGM Absorbed Glass Mat batteries (about the same as a Honda GTX9-BS Motorcycle Battery) and put them in parallel to go 13 miles up the river at Canyon Lake and back. A full charge would ALMOST get me the full 26 miles. I'd sometimes have to paddle the last couple miles.
Charged those batteries many dozens of times with no problems.
Now, I am using it to charge a little 12V 5Ah Sealed ABSOLUTE Lead-Acid Battery, and even though it is so much smaller a battery, it still charges it perfectly.
