Be sure to view the battery to make sure it is the right one

I ordered a new battery for my 7th generation Kindle using the model number and it turned out to be the wrong one. When I opened the Kindle it had a different battery connection. I went to the website and found two that looked like the original battery but there was some confusion with the specifications so I emailed Battery Mart. The reply was quick and specific and the new battery works nicely. It is nice to do business with an American Company that will quickly respond to your questions.
