⚠️ Important: Upgrading to Modern Batteries
This is a NiCd battery designed for older brushed motor systems. If you're upgrading your vehicle to modern LiPo batteries, you must replace your electronic speed controller (ESC) with one that includes Low Voltage Cutoff (LVC) protection. LiPo batteries require LVC to prevent over-discharge, which can cause permanent damage and safety hazards.
The HR72 physically fits in the same space as modern NiMH and 2S LiPo hard-case packs, but the chemistries are not interchangeable without proper equipment upgrades.

The Vulcan N-strike Nerf Gun is a larger sized automatic rifle that uses a bandolier to load Nerf darts. It holds 25 darts that you can shoot automatically. Unfortunately it shoots slow and not far, UNLESS you add this 7.2 volt replacement battery! Now it shoots fast and far. The difference this battery makes is substantial! What a barage! The kids are having a "blast" with it. Perfect upgrade that does not damage the Vulcan. Highly recommend this battery for Nerf guns.
The 7.2 volt Battery & Charger Kit from Battery Mart was for a vintage RC car I inherited from my maternal uncle.
So far, it has worked flawlessly and held its charge as it should. It took me awhile to find a replacement and only after an
internet search did I find Battery Mart has it at a very reasonable price, the charger included was a plus bonus, no need to buy a separate charger not knowing if its a dedicated one for the battery, no guessing here. And to top it all , Battery Mart was fast in shipping it.
