Good service in prompt delivery
I cannot assess this product now, need to see how it works over the next year. Who can review a seldom used laptop battery after only 3 weeks? At least, the battery fits the computer and has taken a charge. I am pleased that the price was half what some vendors charge. This is an old laptop that runs software purchased years ago, software I need to run instruments but thanks to Microsoft cannot run the software on newer operating systems.
The product arrived quickly and was a perfect fit for the computer, only missing the OEM wrist rest [which was a nuisance anyway. imo]. I followed the instuctions and ran the battery down before plugging it in to charge. My brother now has the laptop and as far as I know it is still working fine. The battery was a very good value in this writers opinion.
Battery was replacement for old business laptop. It is too expensive for the age of the unit.
