The most reliable method is to check the battery itself — Dyson prints the part number directly on the battery label. Common Dyson battery part numbers include formats like 965557-03, 967813-03, 917083-01, and ABL-series identifiers. You can search or browse our listings using that number directly.

If you know your vacuum's model name (V8, V10, V11, etc.) or SV number (SV11, SV12, SV14, etc.), you can use that to narrow down the right battery as well. The SV number is typically found on a sticker on the bottom or back of the vacuum body.
