We carry a vast number of conventional batteries. These batteries are Lead-Acid batteries and they ship "dry." This means that the batteries will need to be activated and then charged.

How do I get acid with my purchase of this battery?
Click your battery's name or image to open up the the battery's information page, with a larger image of the battery. When adding your battery to your shopping cart, simply check the box above the button that states "Include Acid Pack." The included acid will be reflected in your basket and when you checkout.

Are there any restrictions to ordering the acid pack?
Yes. Due to regulations for shipping hazardous materials, any purchase that includes an acid pack can be shipped Ground only. Due to this, we are only able to ship this product within the USA to the continental 48 states.

Are there any safety tips I should follow?
With any corrosive substance like battery acid, there are some steps you should take to protect yourself. Rubber gloves and safety glasses will go a long way in preventing injury. For more information on safety, please click here.
