Product Description
The SFS-200 Watering Gun fits batteries with smaller vent openings. It also fits many styles of aftermarket flip caps. It has the same bend radius as an SFS-100, but it has a front nozzle diameter of 23/32".
Liquid Precision, Inc. SFS (Single Flow Series) Battery Watering Guns allow maintenance personnel to safely add water to batteries with small vent openings. These rugged tools keep the user safely away from direct contact with the cell during battery watering. A user can stand comfortably while filling cells and not have to worry about watching the electrolyte level rise. The automatic shutoff feature of the gun makes it a consistent fill every time. This greatly diminishes the hazard of acid splashing out of the cell and onto maintenance personnel. It also limits the amount that operator's have to bend over the battery and thus prevents back strain.
The battery watering guns are also very easy to use. After connecting to a hose and checking the depth stop, simply insert the nozzle into the battery cell. Then just squeeze the comfortable front trigger all the way back. As fluid touches the tip of the nozzle, the gun automatically shuts off. The shutoff is so strong it can be both heard and felt. This eliminates over-filling and under-filling of cells. Just the right amount of water every time. It is that simple!
