Ionic Lithium Dual Purpose Deep Cycle 12V, 125Ah, 1100 Cranking Amp Battery
This is a powerful battery for running your deep cycle systems. It can also be used as a starting battery, with 1,100 cranking amps for 250hp engines. The internal Battery Management System (BMS) monitors the battery during charging and use, watching out for the battery's voltage, currents, and internal temperatures.
This Ionic battery, when used as a starter battery, has been engineered to work with overcharging issues that different outboard marine motors have. It will working with outboard motors with alternators, including Mercury and other leading brands.

This battery has a cycle life of 3,000 cycles. That will typically get you 10 whole calendar years! Its usable capacity of 99% goes further than the 50-60% you get from traditional lead-acid batteries. Ionic Deep Cycle batteries function in the widest range of temperatures with a discharge temperature range (Functional) of –20°C to 60°C (–4°F to 140°F) and a charge temperature range of 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F). The BMS automatically detects if batteries are too cold to take a charge.

At 12.55” (L) x 6.5″ (W) x 9.22″ (H) and weighing only 34.2 lbs., the Ionic Lithium Deep Cycle 12V125-EP has the best size-to-power ratio of any deep cycle battery on the market. It uses 3/8 UNC threads and allows you to install the battery in any direction. The monthly self-discharge (the amount the battery naturally discharges when shelved) is 1-3% compared to a lead-acid's 30%. The max voltage is 14.6V with a cut-off at 10.5V. The max charge current is 80A and max discharge current is 100A / 500A over three seconds.
This battery can be safely charged with solar chargers and any lead-acid charger that does not have a "Desulfate" mode. Using a traditional lead-acid charger that reaches 14.4-14.6 volts will allow the battery to be fully charged. Chargers that do not exceed 13.6 volts will only charge the battery to 50% capacity or less.
