Product Description
The Coleman 7-Amp solar charge controller handles up to 105 Watts of power from a 12-volt solar panel. This controller prevents any overcharge of a 12-volt battery. LEDs display charging and charged status.
A solar charge controller is required for 15 watts or more of solar energy.
The battery voltage will be cut-off at 14.2 volts. Not all batteries will reach this, so the green LED may not always come on. It's always good practice to check your battery status with a voltmeter. Your battery may be fully charged at 13V, and will not require any more charge.
