The Odyssey PC925 battery combines in one box the characteristics of two separate batteries. It can deep cycle (be recharged) as well as provide enormous cranking power.

Tech Tip: Special Installations
Mounting flexibility is one of the Odyssey battery's strongest features. It may be installed in just about any orientation (the only exception being inverted) without sacrificing any of its world-class performance attributes. Have no fear about acid spillage-- the battery recycles internal gas during operation/charging and the valve regulated design eliminates the need for an acid vent tube. The battery fit into the case alright but the cables did not. I had to make adapters to reach. You should but adapters in the box or say you need adapters to fit a 2003 H-D Road King.
I know there are adapters available for easier top mounting of the cables. I have always found adapters to be as big a pain as anything else. I really detest using them. I'll try a set if/when I need to replace this battery.
I've only had this battery for 2 weeks. But in that 2 weeks, it's impressed me. It replaced a 4.5 yr old Mega Crank that failed without warning. That battery always seemed weak. This Odyssey starts my Ultra Classic without any of the sluggishness of the Mega Crank, hot or cold. Hit the starter button and the engine spins instantly and pretty quickly. I've only got about 500 miles on her so far, so I'm really hoping the life of this is what's been touted in the description. The other thing that is really impressing me so far is that my battery tender goes into float mode much faster with this battery than any of my other batteries have. Typically it's 4 or 5 hours after a ride and hooking the battery tender up before I see the battery in float. This one was in float in less than 2 hours today. That's impressive!
The only downside is the location of the terminals. They are mounted more towards the middle of the battery, than closer to the edge and they only allow for the battery bolt to go in from one direction; not 2, like most batteries. Because of this, it's a quite a pain to get the battery cables bolted up properly. You've got to hold the battery up slightly to get the bolts started and tightened, then finish lowering it into place. If this battery had the bidirectional battery bolt setup like many batteries do, this battery could be really perfect. But if it lasts the 11-12 years that's been bragged about in the description, it would be worth the fitment hassle.
This is my third Odyssey battery for Harley Davidson motorcycles I've owned. Of 8 Harley's I've owned I send the OEM battery with the bike I sell and transfer my Odyssey battery to the new bike. Each battery has lasted about 8 years before I send it with a bike I've sold, not because its bad its just I think its time. The recharge time is as little as 15 minutes on 15 amp charger but I normally use a battery tender when a bike sets for awhile. As a motorcycle instructor, I need a battery I can count on and the Odyssey batteries I've had have never failed once. I give up new OEM batteries just to keep my Odyssey batteries, that's how good they are.
I don’t mind purchasing a battery like this every nine years, expect this new battery to last nine years too. If It works out like the first one all will be good.
i HAD TO RELOCATE THE BATTERY DUE TO THE OVERSIZE (MY CHOICE ) BUT VERY SUPER COOL BATTERY MOUNT IN ANY POSITION EXCEPT UPSIDE DOWN LOVE IT
