Reinventing Jump Starting.
The NOCO Genius Boost GB40 is a portable, mini, pocket sized lithium-ion jump starter for 12-volt lead-acid batteries. BOOST+ (Plus) is designed for standard vehicle applications such as cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, lawn & garden, and more. It is powerful enough to start diesel engines that require more power. Nearly twice the power of the original GB30, there are very few applications BOOST+ won't start, even in extreme cold. NOCO's Genius Boost GB40 jump starters are powered by a High-Density NOCO Element lithium-ion battery that can hold a charge up to one year without usage, and handle over 1,000 cycles with proper charging.
Zero Sparks; Zero Compromise.
NOCO designed the NOCO Genius GB40 to be a safe and effective lithium jump starter that anyone can use. It's built with a set of top-of-the-line processors, thermal sensors, and power management devices; all without sacrificing performance.
Charging the Genius Boost Jump Starter
Connect the Genius Boost Jump Starter using the included USB Charge Cable to the USB IN port and the USB car charger. Your Genius Boost Jump Starter can also be recharged from the optional USB plug. The USB IN port is rated at 2.1 Amps to ensure safe and efficient charging of the internal lithium battery. Due to FCC regulations, we recommend not to charge and discharge the unit at the same time.
The time to recharge a Genius Boost Jump Starter will differ based on the discharge level and the power source used. Actual results may vary due to battery conditions.
Using with a Cars, Powersports, and other vehicles
We recommend the NOCO Precision Boost Sport Battery Clamps with Integrated Eyelet Connectors (Item # GBC002) for use with cars and other vehicles. The detachcable eyelets will help with connecting the GB40 to the battery.
Drove My Car Almost 20 miles Off This Thing With No Batty In My Car...This Thing Is Awesome
I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT AS PROMISED. IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM!
Very Compact and reliable
I purposely discharged the battery on my truck just to see if this thing would work and it did. The device stall had 100% charge. I was so impressed that I bought a jump starter for my other vehicles.
I was going to order the 700A but thought for the price difference I would get the larger one. I primarily use it for motorcycles and the first time I had to use it the clamps were to big to get into the battery on the motorcycle. I ended up ordering the smaller clamps from the manufacturer and they work fine. Had to use it the other day for one of the bikes 4 times and it worked great. I would recommend the 700A if you need the smaller clamps.
I bought the Noco Genius Boost +1000a had it on my desk for about 10 days I noticed that my wife’s car was starting slower and slower so I said use this and keep it in your car I showed her how to operate it and sure enough she needed to use it that day in the afternoon at work and the car started flawlessly now she has it in her car and I need to get a new one for myself there really good to have they can charge your cell phone start your car use it as a light flashlight . I would recommend it highly do have one in your trunk or glove box. Oh by the way my wife’s car is a 2014 Toyota forerunner with a six cylinder engine.
Just bought a older HD.. 1985 FLT.
This makes the 4th street bike.
Each bike has it's own NOCO Boost. I have jumped off at least 20 different bikes, a few cars...a truck or two.
Never failed me yet.....
Cheap insurance.....Looking at another old bike now..... it will have it's own Boost also.
