Factory Fresh Product, Ready to Use
Battery packs are shipped fresh and ready to use or activate. If you are unhappy with the product, we will offer an exchange or refund.
Exceptions: Dry charged batteries. Due to regulations on shipping these batteries, we are unable to fill and activate them for shipping. Customers have the option of including the necessary acid pack with their order.
Price Protection Guarantee
If you see BatteryMart.com offering an identical item for less during the 60 day period following your order date, we will double the difference (up to $100.00) in store credit. Your credit will be available for one year to use towards a future purchase.
You can return unused, non-damaged merchandise to BatteryMart.com for a full refund of the merchandise price within 60 days of the order date. All orders must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
