Replacement Samsung EB504465VUBSTD Cell Phone Battery

I have bought batteries before and not had a problem. This one, however, is dead and will not charge. I tried for two hours to charge it, but nothing - still dead......returned it, but have not received new one as of yet. Just returned it yesterday.

What I liked about the Battery Mart is they have just about every battery conceivable. Although their prices are bit more than what you can find elsewhere, they have a good return policy if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased. That's what you call a piece of mind!

I bought this as a replacement to the original Samsung battery in my Hotspot. I tried three other sources (unnamed) and none of the batteries would even charge. There was a delay in delivery, and they sent a replacement. After I found out how well it worked, I kept the second one, also and paid for it. While traveling, I figured I could use the second if I didn't have time to charge.

Product arrived on time. This battery works much better than the one that came with my phone. On average, I get an extra 4 hours of battery use per 24hrs.

Phone replacement battery that cell phone store didn't carry anymore. Went to the local battery store and they were out-would be a week before they were back in stock. Ordered online- got it in a couple days at less than the local store was charging and it works great!!!

I bought this thinking it would outperform the OEM battery but it lasts, charges and works exactly the same. I was disappointed because I thought I could get at least another day out of the replacement. No go ... lesson learned.
