Switched out the stock Harley battery on my iron 883 after 3 years and the difference was powerful. Bike was roaring to life like it was brand new again. Great battery.
The DRAG battery was disappointing in that while in winter it was stored indoors and on a maintainer failed after 3 seasons of "light use". While it holds a voltage it fails a load test.
I was a little surprised the new battery, while showing 12.7v, also failed a load test. However after spending the night on a charger/maintainer now passes a load test! On the bike so far so good - turn motor over quickly. So far happy with the purchase.
Battery fits perfectly and works great! A minor shipping issue to my rural area was resolved by friendly customer service rep, and battery delivered lickity split.
Bike cranks over much nicer. Replaced a 5 year old HD battery.
I have a Harley XL1200 and my old battery barely cranked after only a year. I researched and found this battery had more CCAs than my last one so I purchased it. Customer service is very responsive and answered my questions. Also, this battery is made in the U.S.A. and I like that fact.
In spite of a very, very, tight fit & kind of hard to get the Neg. cable screw started it is in. Haven’t tried to start the bike yet but will probably do that tomorrow when it’s a little warmer. Been kind of cold for S Carolina.
Bought the battery matching harley part # and shipped free, timely, perfect fit, came charged already, great price compared to "literally" everywhere else I checked.
