It's only a battery, So you just hope to get a good one so you don't have to send it back. Also you want to get it in about the amount of time you would from your dealer, without having to spend a lot extra in shipping. The battery is fine. The correpondence was great. Eventhough I placed the order on line the woman both called me and emailed me to make sure I got everything I needed. She was frie
