To Calculate Shipping: You can calculate your shipping costs prior to ordering. Simply add the item(s) you are interested in to your basket, and enter in your Zip Code into the "Calculate Shipping" field.
Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible throughout the United States and Canada. We usually process standard orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit time varies by destination. Several UPS® shipping options are available to choose from. US Mail First Class shipping is an option on selected items typically has transit times of 7 to 10 days. US Priority Mail is also an option on selected items, which typically has transit times of 2 to 4 days. USPS is also used for APO/FPO military addresses. In most cases actual shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Charges for heavy items that must ship motor freight will calculate at $0.00 and the message "To Be Determined" will be displayed. Customers will be notified of the additional costs and asked for approval prior to shipping.
Upon request, orders may be shipped using customers' account with UPS, DHL, or Federal Express. All shipments are FOB shipping point.
Orders shipping via Super Saver (USPS) cannot be tracked on-line. UPS orders can be tracked using the "Order Tracking" tab on our main page.
International Orders: Shipping costs do not include duties/tariffs or related brokerage fees. Duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please Note: Three day, two day and next day delivery refers to business days which does not include the day your order is placed, weekends or holidays. The cut off time for air orders to ship the same day is 12:00 P.M. (EST).
Next Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday of the following week. If you need a Saturday delivery, please contact Customer Service for availability and cost of a Saturday delivery.

UPS shipments to commercial and residential locations within the continental United States have guaranteed transit times. However, time in transit to all other locations can vary. Please note that remote locations can vary from estimated times by as much as 3-4 days. Duty and Taxes on shipments outside the United States are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to verify the alternate address.
Your order will not be processed until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
Post-Shipment Address Corrections
If a mistake has been made in the address and the order has already been shipped, every reasonable effort will be made to get your merchandise to the correct destination. The customer is responsible for any address correction charges of $11 charged by the carrier.

This offer is only valid in the continental 48 states and not valid with any other offer. All orders with free shipping are sent via Standard/Ground delivery.
